Today ................ in the town of Pleven the following contract of agreement was concluded between AC - DC OOD - Pleven with headquarters in Pleven, № 19 Ruse Boulevard, phone/ fax 064 / 841-385, represented by eng. Emil Dimitrov Dankov - Manager, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor
and at the other party of ............................................................................................................................................................................ represented by ....................................................................................................................... hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR agreed as follows:

1. ASSIGNOR orders and the Contractor agrees to perform services including the following: Control and assessment of compliance implemented by the Control body of type C at "AC - DC" OOD of ................................................................................................................................................................................................................

2. Payment for services performed is according to the price list of the CONTRACTOR, which is an integral part of this contract.

3. The ASSIGNOR shall pay upon receipt of the control certificate.

4. The CONTRACTOR shall implement services periodically at a period of time specified by regulations.

5. The CONTRACTOR shall follow the terms of validity of the control and to inform customers of their expiry.

6. The CONTRACTOR shall implement the control in accordance with the regulations in Bulgaria and the scope of its accreditation by EA "BAS".

7. The ASSIGNOR shall accepting services under the contract. In accepting the ASSIGNOR shall review the same and if there are any objections to them in writing pursuant to established procedure. If the ASSIGNOR fails to make such objections, the service shall be deemed accepted.

8. Present Contract is concluded in two identical copies, one for each party.

9. The ASSIGNOR was informed that at the request of EA BAS competent state authorities or the competent public bodies provide control results.

10. The Control body informed the ASSIGNOR if control method proposed it is considered inappropriate.

11. All information obtained or created during verification are considered internal company information and is considered confidential.
